Work with the Business Analyst and the operations to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements.
Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality
Responsible for peer reviews of configurations and enhancements
Function as resident team expert for all configuration issues specific to US taxation, BSI (both support and project) within their areas (modules) of expertise
Responsible for understanding Functional Specifications and TDDS Responsible for developing high quality solutions based on completed Functional Design Documents
Responsible for reviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements have been met
Responsible for supporting the developers, QA and operations teams ensuring quality delivery.
Work with the operations team to determine the best solution to help resolve customer problems and satisfy customer requirements
Collaborate with the functional leads, developers and the quality assurance team to develop and test
significant new functionality and enhancements
Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts as necessary to increase their understanding and utilization of the SAP systems and applications
Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals.
Need to work with payroll leads with minimal supervision. The resource will be required to lead local and regional SAP module review session, requirement gathering session, facilitate requirements meetings, development walk through, and user acceptance testing sessions with the client.
An ideal candidate should have minimum of 1-2 full life cycle implementations for US Payroll but not essential. Must have 2 – 4 years of experience in US payroll support and Maintenance activities especially, BSI tax factory, SAP support packs analysis and year end activities. SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll is added advantage,
Knowledge on Tax Reporter configuration, yearend tax compliance review and testing
Experience with BSI tax factory maintenance activities like Tax TUBs update, SUI rate updates
Experience with Yearend activities specific to US payroll and benefits.
Knowledge and understanding of SAP HR support packs analysis, implementation and testing.
Must have experience in executing complete regression of payroll, Time and Benefits areas.
Good experience in compliance reports and interfaces testing.

Education & Professional Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in related technical discipline and 2 – 4 years relevant experience
Masters Degree in related technical discipline and 2 years relevant experience
SAP HR certification is an added advantage.
