Job Overview
The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India, driving strategic and operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring performance meets the desired targets.

Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results, including:

1. Understanding client issues and problems, develop hypotheses, and undertake relevant analysis to support the hypotheses
2. Developing insights by tracking innovation as it happens, identifying promising startups, and determining how the clients can integrate the disruptive technologies into their business processes
3. Organizing and preparing recommendations on client issues, and
4. Participating actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities
Position Requirements

Knowledge Preferred:
Candidates should demonstrate experience and knowledge in one or multiple core financial services industries including (1) Banking Services, (2) Capital Markets, (3) Insurance, (4) Investment & Wealth Management and (5) Transaction & Payment Services.

Candidates should also have industry experience across shifting customer behaviours, evolving distribution channels, the changing regulatory environment, and emerging products and services to help banks, insurers, payments providers, and other financial services firms assess and act on these changing industry dynamics.

Skills Preferred:
Delivering significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and taking individual initiative
Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking; and primary and secondary analyses of complex data
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Ability to create accurate spreadsheets in Excel, Access and presentations in PowerPoint)
Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences

Years of Experience:
PwC currently seeks Associates with experience between 1-3 years. Relevant work experience will be considered based on the interview process.

Professional and Educational Background:
Undergraduate degree in engineering, economics or business from premier institutes
