Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop full scale project plans
Define & Manage Service Roadmap, API Roadmap, time, schedule and cost
Define communication channels to control, monitor and direct the project resources to best meet the project objectives
Good negotiation skills to interact with clients and the other departments
Should identify and manage project issues/risks
Define project success criteria and enable the team towards achieving the project goals
Mentor the project resources and influence them to take a positive approach/actions on their deliverables
Ability to contribute towards technical discussions and proposals
Generate project reports, presentations
Ability to identify new opportunities to expand THBS presence
