Job Responsibilities for Client Service Representative (B2B):
Responding to clients questions and concerns primarily regarding status of orders, receiving additional information as well as speaking with applicants via e-mail and phone.
Providing additional specialized services upon request for clients and internal teams Act as representative/liaison for Client Service to other departments.
Acts as point of escalation for Client Service Executive.
Job Responsibilities for Senior Associates/ Specialists – Verifications (Outbound):
Search the web to find the listings for universities, colleges and companies.
Initiate verification calls to verify the credentials of the applicants.
Send written verification requests and faxes for verifications as per the policies of the institutions/organizations.
Enter appropriate verified data into the system and generate a report.
Follow quality guidelines and also achieve the targets set by the Team Leader.
Also follow the IT Policy and Data Security guidelines.
Must follow the HR Policy.
Minimum Qualification Required – HSC passed
Minimum one year of experience in International Voice.
Flexible with Rotational Shifts.
Age – Up to 36 years
24*5 working hrs – Two week-offs
Free home pick-up and home drop
Earn Incentives & Over-time over and above the fixed salary
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A. Decent hike on the last drawn salary
