Replicon Corporate Sales Trainer would be responsible for the knowledge and skills of Replicon sales team members. An integral part of the Replicon Learning & Development team, the trainer will need to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and consult with them in order to develop and maintain an effective and up to date sales learning curriculum. The trainer will need to ensure the sales teams have the latest information and skills that they need for success. The trainer will need to maximize Replicon sales teams effectiveness by determining and solving training needs by planning, conducting and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff – both new and existing.
Get new sales representatives for success by training them on Replicon products, internal sales processes; develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and assistance, schedule meetings and learning sessions with senior representatives and other department representatives.
Proactively ensure that the Sales learning material is kept up to date and has the latest information
Develop learning programs that is customized to the organization’s goals, values and mission statement.
Determines learning needs by sitting with sales team; observing sales calls; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
Conduct learning sessions based on the training needs identified
Provide active and ongoing support to the existing sales team through personalized coaching activities
Improves learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques and constantly engages with sales managers for active feedback
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of work experience, out of which past 2 years spent as in a sales trainer/coach role
Prior Sales trainer experience is a must have.
Excellent verbal and written English communications
Excellent Facilitation Skills, Performance Management, Motivating Others, Coaching & Feedback skills
Willing to work in the North-American shift timings
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
Prior sales experience desirable.
