Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Perform administrative aspects of moderately complex business/functional processes for HR
Makes arrangements for presentation materials and equipment including but not limited to : Travel Arrangements; Individual/Team Meetings Subsidiary Leadership Meetings
Coordinates, schedules appointments, and arranges conferences and meetings. Prepares agenda, notifies participants, booking meeting rooms and assembles and distributes necessary materials.
Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management
Under general supervision, receive and relays messages as well as responds to varied to routine administrative requests
Liaise with clients and business guests
With some oversight, researches and assists in resolving confidential requests and deals with time-sensitive matters on behalf of individuals and /or work group
Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
Conduct various HR sessions, workshops etc.
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
Manage other administrative tasks like maintaining mailing list, preparing organization charts etc.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports.

Education and Experience

1. Graduate in any Stream
2.Should have prior experience of minimum 5+ years working with senior executives and should be adept in managing global stakeholders
3. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
4. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
5. Proficient in Power point presentation & excel
6.Good Interpersonal skills.
