Executive- Digital Marketing

Suggested position summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for planning and managing the digital marketing platforms, channels and processes to support business growth in the ASEAN region. He / She will work alongside Product Marketing and Brand to develop, execute, optimize and track online campaigns to achieve marketing goals. He / She will provide digital expertise, identify trends and insights and analyze performance of digital channels and campaigns for continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Plan and manage all digital marketing platforms, channels and processes (e.g. website, social, search, email) to increase lead generation, utilization and brand awareness campaigns through suitable localization within ASEAN.
Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute search marketing initiatives (paid and organic) within ASEAN region to optimize traffic and visibility for key activities, while ensuring optimal budget effectiveness and alignment with global search strategy and activities.
Work alongside Product Marketing and Brand to develop and manage effective digital campaigns that increase awareness, demand and conversion to leads.
Partner Global Marketing (V-M) to implement global digital marketing initiatives with aim to optimize online marketing operations.
Evaluate success of digital campaigns through active monitoring of qualitative and quantitative metrics and implement improvements for future campaigns
Execute and oversee all activities across the whole suite of digital channels from email, search, social media, website and content marketing.
Provide digital expertise and counsel to refine and improve online campaigns and activities.
Demonstrate an ROI focus and an aptitude on how to optimize placements across digital media
Key Requirements (Education and Experience)
Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
Preferably at least 1 years experience in a digital marketing position either in-house or with an agency.
Proven experience and expertise in a broad range of digital marketing areas including website management, email marketing, social media, search and online advertising.
Strong knowledge and skillsets using website management platforms, web analytics tools and email or automation platforms.
Experience in managing digital marketing agencies to execute campaigns.
Data-driven and analytics-oriented.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
Strong communication, project management and problem solving skills.
