Work Experience

Min. 3-5 years experience in Marketing or Sales
Marketing Expense planning and deployment
Communication tool development and deployment
Execution and Management of large events like exhibitions / seminars / dealer meets etc.
Understanding of technical product selling
Result Oriented
Key Functional Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting Marketing strategy and proper deployment
Planning of PPA activities, Dealer and influencer engagement programs
Initiating new ideas for training program / channel development etc.
MIS/ research and Analysis orientation
Maintaining distributor performance records on monthly basis
Extensive visits to regions to assess deployment of marketing programs and take feedback
Key Result Areas:

Creation of marketing collaterals / campaigns as per local market needs
Analysis of Promotional marketing expenses and its timely closure
Monitor and Correct promotional expenses in the like of business strategies
Managerial Competencies: (Include Core and Some important competencies)

Execution of marketing calendar and budget
Coordination with external and internal agencies for marketing / sales activities
Inter-personal relationship with Distributor / Dealers / and their sales team to achieve desired goals.
Any Specific Requirement:

Good communication Skills

Expertise in MS world / Excel / PowerPoint
