The role of the Payroll Processor-2 is to enable Payroll team to meet all SLA seamlessly and owning the entire payroll process of assigned territory. This will involve impeccable communication, co-ordination with a wide variety of stakeholders. There will be an extensive variety of tasks of handling payroll across different regions, carrying out compliances, taking participation in payroll budget / plan preparation and payroll cost variance analysis. The current position is on contract basis for 1 year.
Duties & Responsibilities :
End to end Payroll processing & meeting agreed SLAs for assigned APAC regions which includes India, Australia, Philippine etc.
The payroll processing involves compilation of Input in pre-designed format, Verification of payroll processed by third party agency, accounting entry for payroll process and relevant clearing and Balance sheet reconciliation of payroll GLs.
Look after all statutory compliances & responding to queries of employees
Reviewing payroll processing processed by other team member
Continuous improvement of payroll process with the changes in situation and to cater additional requirement
Active participation in payroll cost planning for the assigned payroll
Responsible for explaining payroll cost variance compared to plan on monthly basis for the assigned region
Experience & Skills :
Minimum of three years end to end payroll processing experience. The payroll processing includes catering input from the HR team / HRIS system, sending for process to third party vendor.
Bachelors / Master /Professional Degree in Commerce / Finance field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Close attention to detail

Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
