Pipeline Management, prioritization consolidation and action plan:
Organize and prepare Area/Sub-Area quarterly pipeline reviews in coordination with Sales SVP/VP
Regularly Update and Publish the Funnel Outcome/ Opportunity profiles.
In coordination with central Marketing, Strategy and Sales, enter and maintain 18-36 months opportunities in CRM
As part of the Government Program marketing process:
Build and regularly update (yearly of more frequently) Regional Marketing plan
Contribute to yearly global Product Marketing plan on market trends and innovation wish list
Contribute to Long Range Plan (every 3 years) for overall market and business perspective
Business Development (35%)
Identify and qualify business trends and opportunities beyond direct focus of Sales
For targeted opportunities, assess key influencers, key potential partners, selection criteria, distribution strategy and implement communication strategy
Lobby regional organizations with Gemalto value proposition and spec-in Gemalto offer portfolio differentiators
When required and in coordination with Sales and Solution Management, run Customer presentation (market trends, business cases, value proposition)
Consolidate and coordinate view of local partners and indirect sales channels
Participate in MarCom plan for given segments and regions (5%)
Support definition of yearly Marcom plan (regional & global) in line with marketing segment and priorities
Support the MarCom organization for the implementation of the plan
