PositionPurpose

The BMC Project Specialist will beresponsible for supporting area services delivery. The Project Specialist will be assigned asProject Administrator as well as act as program team member responsible formanaging administration activities on Global Delivery programs. The Project Specialist responsibilities mayinclude resource scheduling, revenue and CSP costs projections, tracking andreporting; coordinating fulfillment of project milestones; budgeracking andreporting; managing project expenses and billing; and fulfilling Portfoliorequirements as assigned.

o OpenAirTime and Expense approvals

o OpenAirTime/ Expense move activities (as required)

o Managesresources (but noheir work)

o Resourceallocations and roll offs

o Onboard/ off board assets (laptop/ badge/ office)

o Assistswith logistics issues

o Procureresource access to facilities, tools and systems

o CommunicateT&E Policy

o Weeklycommunication with resources on issues, time off

o Stewardstimely entry of weekly Time and Expenses

o Ensuresin accordance with SOW Travel & Expense guidelines

o Performsweekly reporting to customer on budget and resource time schedules

o Performsweekly billing activities including managing billing errors

o Reviewsinvoices for compliance and stages in OpenAir for delivery

o Performsinvoice reconciliation

o Gathersrevenue projections (for forecast calls)

o Participatesin weekly PMO project reviews

o Uploadsprogram deliverables to CEL

o Facilitatesescalations

o Managesbudget and contract

o ManagesNBIP requests

o Assistswith Contract Change Orders – monitors administration of CCO through to OpenAir

Internationalexperience preferred.
