Working as a Sales Support Analyst in the Offer, Bid and Proposals organisation, you will manage and support Offer, Bid andProposal requests to ensure the time munications wit ly turnaround of sales responses, known as Offers , whilst ensuring we meet and adhere to company policies andprocedures.
Management of the end to end offer process, ensuring deadlines are met as needed. This includes managing the necessary approvals, generating and collating the appropriate documents required and communicating out to the necessary parties when needed.
Working cross functionally with internal business leaders and key stakeholders as appropriate, to ensure the recommended response strategy is met and timely responses are made.
Preparation of the financial analysis, using tools such as Oracle and Sales Force, to ensure the various ARRIS Finance objectives are met. This will include revenue recognition, vendor control and most favoured nations (MFN) analysis/ compliance.
Responsible for preparing the necessary documentation, such as offer letters, term sheets and other supporting customer documentation and analysis as needed.
Work with Contract Management to help validate customer pricing and terms for agreements.
Acting as a change agent, identifying efficiencies and process improvements.
