Find your path, and learn more on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Glassdoor.Key AccountabilitiesPlan and execute regular incident response and post-mortem exercises.Manage security event investigations, partnering with other departments as needed.Ensure security controls are developed according to best practices and relevant industry standards and are fully aligned with business processes and risk mitigation techniques.Maintains security for enterprise systems and identifies issues that could compromise data integrity or security.Keep abreast of information technology trends, regulatory requirements, business processes, customer service methodologies, and industry standards.Research the latest information technology security trends threat information.Guide other SBUs and clients in security best practices.Performing gap analyses of current policies, practices, and procedures as they relate to International standards and regulations.SkillsA solid understanding on SIEM solutions, concept of log collection, correlation, and event creation.A solid understanding of Firewall solutions with experience in design, installation, and configuration.A solid understanding of IDS/IPS solutions with experience in design, installation and tuning.Knowledge of network protocols, data flows, and vulnerabilities within a TCP/IP environmentAbility to perform network protocol analysis and raw data capture.Strong technical background in multiple security disciplines (Encryption, DLP, endpoint controls, database administration, application development and data networking) to offer global solutions for a complex heterogeneous environmentCore Windows and UNIX operating system knowledge including network connectivity, and use of system tools and utilities.Ability to understand, interpret, and apply system hardening procedures.Understanding of common vulnerabilities associated with operating systems and applications.Understanding of application security practices and industry standards like OWASPAbility to perform and effectively document risk assessments from an application architecture level down to a system file permission level.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting information to groups.High ethical standards and the ability to act honorably, honestly, responsibly, and legally.Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.EducationCollege degree in a relevant technical area (Security, Computer Sciences) or equivalent experience.CISSP certification is required.CISA or CFCE certification is a plus.Language SkillsNative language and fluent in written and verbal English.Minimum Work ExperienceExperience in managing security information and event management (SIEM) systems, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), file integrity monitoring (FIM), data loss prevention (DLP), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) and other network and system monitoring tools.Experience in investigations using formal chain-of-custody methods, forensic tools and best practicesExperience in security testing, computer system diagnostics, hacking and intrusion techniques.Experience in industry standards such as ISO27001/2.Previous experience in IT security, or related area such as data centre or operational management, with security related responsibilities.
