What the role entails:
Coordinating and maintaining a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risk and costs
Collecting, consolidating and analyzing data on projects in pipeline and projects in execution to support effective decision making through periodic reporting and reviews
Monitoring and reporting on compliance with established PM standards
Providing support to project managers for project schedule and logs – creation and maintenance
Providing project, program and portfolio reporting support to project managers
Identifying improvement opportunities for streamlining project controls process
Coordinating the setup and implementation of project progress measurement practices.
Coaching, mentoring, training and otherwise supporting other PMO Team members in the fulfilment of their project support functions
What you will need for this role :
A Graduate Qualification (Any discipline)
Overall work experience of 10+ years with relevant work experience of 6+ years
Experience of managing PMO team for 2 years+
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – including Microsoft Project
Exposure to end to end project management, as PMO
Preferably PMO set up experience
Preferably experience specifically for HR projects and processes
