Managing remote location through Remote Connection Tools like Remote Desktop, Team Viewer.
Installation, Troubleshooting and Configuration of MS outlook.
Configuration of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS.
Resolving technical issues via Email Support and voice & incident e-tickets.
Taking the user acknowledgement before closing the ticket ID.
Check and generate the Daily call report, Monthly call report.
Interacting and Escalate issue with senior and follow end to end resolution.
Installation, Customization and Administration of Windows XP, 7 & 8.
Local and Network Printer Installation, Configuration and Sharing.
Resolve Windows, application & system settings related issue of in-house and outside users through Team Viewer, VNC, & Remote Desktop.
Addressing all the user queries or issues received via telephone calls / mails / portal, log tickets & issue ticket no to user.
Ability to think critically and act expeditiously to evaluate situations, make decisions and solve problems.
Candidate should be having basic knowledge about Incident Management and Service Request Management.
Candidate should be knowing about basics of Windows Operating System, Domain Environment, Printer Installation etc.
Knowledge of Mobile Device Configuration.
