Job Description
Candidate would be responsible for:

Handling Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Performance Management System, Employee Relations and Team Management

Planning and scheduling HR Best Practice Programs for effective employee engagement and improved retention.

Performance appraisals, appreciations and rewards. Educating the employees on their KRAs and the relevance of the performance appraisal activity towards the organization and their own career growth. Managing MIS for the appraisal ratings.

Taking care of various employee engagement activities like, birthday & anniversary mailers, cubical decorations, festivals & birth day celebrations, gifts & rewards.

Conceptualizing & effectuating training & development initiatives for improving employee productivity, building capability and quality enhancement

Supporting the business in effective implementation appraisal process
Salary: INR 10,00,000 – 13,00,000 P.A.
