Job scope includes , troubleshooting and solving issues of moderate to complex scope related toBladelogic Server Automation product and integrations. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Respond to andresolve all customer inquiries (via phone , e – mail , WebEx). Communicate in acourteous and professional manner that inspires confidence in your ability totroubleshoot and resolve issues
Act as knowledgechampion helping improve the quality of Knowledge Base.
Utilize the internalBMC systems during the technical support process and find new , innovative waysto make the process more efficient.
Act as a resource ofknowledge in your area(s) of expertise , whether it is an BMC Module , solutionknowledge , or other experience.
Positively impactinghigh value account(s) / customers through working on critical issues.
Identifies areas ofbusiness improvements and thus solving them with minimum direction
Shares knowledge asa process , mentors team members and invests time in helping the whole teamperform better
