Job Description

Essential skills:
Java/J2EE/J2SE Basics, OOP concepts and Software Engineering best practices
Mid level knowledge on Linux commands . Should be able to work with console.
Should be well versed with web application and basic knowledge on ecommerce
Version control using Subversion and/or Git
Basic knowledge on MySql database
Tomcat server settings and should have adequate knowledge to find the anomalities of application deployed in tomcat
Basic knowledge on Docker,Jenkins,nGinX
Should have knowledge on ticketing system (Jira / Remedy is preferred)
Knowledge on any java based application monitoring tool
Knowledge on any tool which monitors the resource of production eco system
Basic understanding of Load balancer
Basic knowledge on Agile
Desirable skills:
Spring Core / Spring MVC, Hybris
SOAP web services, HTML,HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript
Worked on any other CMS / ecommerce platform

Desired Candidate Profile

Job responsibilities:
1-4 years of relevant industry experience in supporting java based eCommerce projects.
Should be able to work in shifts (24*7 support)
L2 Technical support
Should have very good oral and written communication skills
Resource Monitoring of production environment ( hardware resource and associated software health monitoring)
Log file Analysis
Tomcat administration : Change the settings, restart
Should be able to work on Linux based environment
Develop work around for the reported issue
